Cal Xulipa

It's a typical village house, narrow and high, and very central. A few steps from the local commerce and social life of Tremp.

It has four floors:

- On the first floor there is the entrance hall, a bathroom with shower and a small room for bikes. There is also a wine cellar, but it is currently in the recovery phase.

- In the second floor you will find the dining room-kitchen, with all the necessary tools for cooking and basic ingredients (oil, salt, sugar, vinegar and coffee), and another bathroom with shower and dressing room.

- The third floor is for the adults. A double suite with a bed, a sofa-bed, a 42" TV to watch your favourite TV shows, a closet for your clothes and a desk.

- And the fourth floor is for the little ones. It is a games room, at the same time a bedroom, so they can be at his own way. With ropes, pillows on the floor, a seat hanging from the ceiling, a large carpet, a reading corner, an Indian teepee and a TV.

You can enjoy the whole house, the 4 floors. Therefore, keep in mind that there are quite a few stairs.

Ideal for families or groups of 4/5 people, but there can sleep up to 6.

The name comes from Linyola, a small town in Pla d'Urgell.

Although I was born in Barcelona, ​​I have lived my summers and, later, my youth and maturity in the town of my mother, Marina.

Now that I have been living in Tremp for a few years and, when deciding a name for this house, it was immediately clear to me to name the house of my mother's family: Cal Xulipa. Needless to say, it has made him very excited.

With this small act I have wanted to unite my hometown, Linyola, with my host town, Tremp.

Now you know why it is called Cal Xulipa.

Cal Xulipa is mainly a small and comfortable house. By small I mean that it does not have large dimensions but it does have just enough dimensions to give you warmth, comfort and a special environment for its much-needed disconnections. Of course, you will have to climb some stairs.

I hope you enjoy it and feel very comfortable.

The tourist tax of Catalonia is not included in the price.

It will be paid upon arrival at the accommodation.

Currently: 1 € per person and night.

Coming to Cal Xulipa for a weekend has a price of 185 € but, if you want to save, come during the week and it will cost you 155 € two nights.
